  • Jeff Brynski

    Vice President of Business Development

    As Vice President of Business Development for PeopleFacts, Jeff Brynski is instrumental in ensuring that the company provides the quality and diversity of employment screening products and services required to meet our clients’ needs.

    An industry veteran, with over 15 years of experience in the fields of background screening and drug testing, Jeff brings with him a deep understanding and knowledge of Best Practices within the employment screening sector.           

    In his capacity as PeopleFacts’ VP of Business Development, Jeff plays a key role in developing and implementing the company’s business and growth strategies; his primary focuses are in the areas of product development, business initiatives, partnerships, vendor management and technology platform.           

    Prior to joining the senior management team at PeopleFacts, Jeff served for 10 years as Director of Business Development of the Employment Screening Division of CBCInnovis. In that role, he was responsible for contract negotiation, national account implementation and relationship management in support of business development. In addition, Jeff previously served as Director of Sales for Employment Screening Associates.

    A native of Niagara Falls, N.Y., Jeff obtained his Bachelors of Science degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.

  • Jevin Sackett

    Chief Executive Officer

    As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the privately held Sackett National Holdings (SNH), Jevin Sackett provides executive oversight and direction to SNH and its subsidiaries.

    Prior to assuming the role of CEO, Jevin held several senior management positions with SNH subsidiary National Credit Center—a company founded in 1996 to provide technology and credit reporting products to the automotive industry. The NCC suite of technology and data solutions provides automotive dealers with a way to efficiently run consumer credit processing in real-time. Under Jevin’s leadership, NCC rapidly expanded, and grew into the third largest credit provider to the U.S. automotive industry, processing millions of credit reports each year; currently, ten percent of automotive dealers across the nation use the NCC platform.

    After his tenure at NCC, Jevin co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of National Mortgage Reporting (NMR), the predecessor for the company that evolved into SettlementOne—a leading provider of mortgage reports to the financial services industry. The successful growth and rapid expansion of SettlementOne transformed the company into one of the nation’s largest providers of credit and related data for the mortgage industry.

    In 2010, Jevin assumed his current position as CEO of SNH and its various subsidiaries, including SettlementOne Valuation, SettlementOne Credit, SettlementOne Screening, NCC and Sperian Energy. In the ensuing years since Jevin assumed his role as CEO, SNH has enjoyed annual growth in excess of 30 percent.

    In his role as CEO, Jevin utilizes a multitude of business skills to help ensure SNH’s continued successful growth; a hands-on executive and entrepreneur, on a daily basis Jevin oversees the company’s business development, strategic planning, financial analysis and recruiting of senior management.

    Given his personal interest in information technology, Jevin is a strong proponent of exploring the business opportunities presented by disruptive technology; an FAA-licensed pilot, Jevin is also an avid aviation enthusiast.

  • John Bauer

    Chief Operating Officer

    As Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Sackett National Holdings (SNH), John Bauer plays a key role in the company’s senior management, with oversight of the Accounting, Human Resources, Real Estate and Marketing functions.

    With more than 25 years of directly related experience, John brings to his position the business foresight and acumen required as SNH continues its remarkable growth.

    Prior to his appointment as COO, John served as Chief Strategic Officer for SNH. Before joining our company, John served as Senior Vice President at CoreLogic, a leading provider of property, financial/consumer information, as well as data, analytics and business services. In addition to his tenure at CoreLogic, John also served in several senior management roles with Equifax Credit Bureau affiliate, Computer Sciences Corporation.

    John graduated from James Madison University with both his Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

  • Ajit Habbu

    Chief Financial Officer

    In his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sackett National Holdings, and its subsidiaries, Ajit provides financial oversight and leadership for the company’s administrative, risk and operations management.

    With over 15 years experience as CFO for several leading corporations, Ajit possesses a proven track record of creating value, and a strong leadership focus on team building and performance management. As CFO, Ajit’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisition strategy, proactive development of internal financial controls, and considerable experience and acumen in the fields of audit and investment.

    Prior to joining SNH, Ajit served as Chief Executive Officer of Florida- based Emricap LLC, a consulting company assisting entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and private equity groups. Ajit’s professional experience also includes his tenure as CFO with SmartSynch, Inc., a company that created Smart Grid using public wireless networks; he also served as CFO for New York-based Ener1 Group, Inc., a private equity group with investments in software, hybrid vehicles and related technology.

    Ajit’s extensive experience in financial leadership also includes his tenures as CFO of Atlanta-based Recall Corporation, a business-to- business information management firm with operations in 23 countries, as well as serving as CFO of the $1.5 billion Educational Business Unit of IBM.

    Ajit attained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. In addition, Ajit graduated from the University of Iowa with his Master of Science, Systems & Industrial Engineering, as well as his Bachelors in Technology, Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

  • Eric Ring

    Chief Information Officer

    In his role as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for SNH--a company whose hallmark is offering clients state-of-the-art technology--Eric Ring plays a pivotal role ensuring that both SNH, and its customers, receive the maximum possible benefit from the high quality data the company provides.

    As an experienced IT industry leader, Eric brings with him an impressive professional background. Prior to joining SNH, Eric served as Senior Vice President, of the Enterprise Architecture at CoreLogic. In that capacity, he drove product and technical architecture for CoreLogic’s next-generation systems, and worked closely with their delivery teams to bring new product to market.  Previously at CoreLogic, Eric oversaw and developed infrastructure operations and information security, and directed all aspects of computing and datacenter infrastructure and application support.

    Eric’s professional history also includes his tenure as Chief Information Officer at First Advantage Credco, a California-based consumer credit reporting service. In that position, Eric was responsible for Information Technology for First Advantage's most profitable division; Eric’s professional background also includes tenures as Senior Vice President, IT Operations, at First American Credco, and Director of IT Infrastructure at Advanta, a San Diego-based financial services company.

    As a seasoned IT industry leader, Eric is also a founding member of the San Diego Chapter of the Society of Information Management.

  • Alan Faigin

    General Counsel

    As General Counsel for Sackett National Holdings (SNH), Alan Faigin provides legal oversight and guidance for the company and all of its subsidiaries. In addition to bringing SNH’s corporate litigation, risk management and corporate governance functions in-house, Alan’s responsibilities as General Counsel include formalizing the Board of Directors process, establishing governance policies and managing acquisition transactions and litigations.

    Working closely with CEO Jevin Sackett, Alan plays a vital role during all SNH acquisitions and mergers in order to ensure the success of the transaction. He is also responsible for managing any legal challenges that might emerge during the regional and national expansion of SNH operations.

    Prior to joining SNH, Alan served as Managing Director for California- based Sitrick Brincko Group, a national leader in corporate communications, crisis management and restructuring.

    Alan’s extensive professional experience in senior management also includes his tenure as Vice President and General Counsel for Topa Equities Ltd., as well as serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for Los Angeles-based Fremont General Corporation, which was an NYSE-listed company with a market capitalization of over $1 billion.

    Alan obtained his BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, as well as his Juris Doctor from Loyola University.

    Alan’s professional affiliations include memberships in the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Turnaround Management Association and he is also an active member of the State Bar of California.
