    Daniel Shoemaker

    Chief Executive Officer

    As CEO, Dan provides executive leadership and oversight for all of the company’s operations and brings extensive experience helping employers worldwide hire the best candidates and mitigate risk.

    Over the past year, Dan served in multiple positions within parent SNH Inc. including as President of mortgage services firm SettlementOne and SVP of Corporate Development. Dan’s leadership in the human capital management market include roles at HireRight and USIS. Based in London, he served as Managing Director of EMEA and APAC at HireRight and subsequently Managing Director of the Americas. At USIS, he held operational, business development and corporate development roles. In addition, he served as Board Member and Chairman of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

    Dan holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech.

  • Jeff Brynski

    Vice President of Business Development

    As Vice President of Business Development for PeopleFacts, Jeff Brynski is instrumental in ensuring that the company provides the quality and diversity of employment screening products and services required to meet our clients’ needs.

    An industry veteran, with over 15 years of experience in the fields of background screening and drug testing, Jeff brings with him a deep understanding and knowledge of Best Practices within the employment screening sector.           

    In his capacity as PeopleFacts’ VP of Business Development, Jeff plays a key role in developing and implementing the company’s business and growth strategies; his primary focuses are in the areas of product development, business initiatives, partnerships, vendor management and technology platform.           

    Prior to joining the senior management team at PeopleFacts, Jeff served for 10 years as Director of Business Development of the Employment Screening Division of CBCInnovis. In that role, he was responsible for contract negotiation, national account implementation and relationship management in support of business development. In addition, Jeff previously served as Director of Sales for Employment Screening Associates.

    A native of Niagara Falls, N.Y., Jeff obtained his Bachelors of Science degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.
